DESCRIPTION

• Manage a team of 8 client relations representatives who operate nationally.
• Strong coaching skills
• Team leader
• To ensure the timely process of NPA reports is respected.
• To oversee the completion of the day to day activities that support the client relations process (such as telephone calls made to customers for collections, the accounts reconciliations and other tracking activities within the different systems).

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (ranked by order of highest priority)

• Manage and oversee work flow of collection calls as well as audit performance through a review process of collections activities done by the reps.
• Manage the timely delivery and updates of all books NPA across Canada (over 300 books published).
• Manage the performance of clerical activities done by client relations reps.
• Supervise the bill to end of issue process as well as recommend next steps once the account has been denied any future advertising.
• Prepare monthly metrics on performance of critical activities and support special project goals in the retention of client.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• BA in Commerce, Administration or Finance.
• Requires intermediary to advance database software skill such as; Excel, Access, Business object, Cognos and others.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the collection field with some outsourcing management function.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Leadership.
• Teamwork skills (focus on cash recoveries  vs sales ie: work together with Sales to maintain a relationship that ensures working toward the same objective).
